It didn't ring very true - the writing is very good in spite of my comment above about choices of languagethe author, Libba Bray, knows how to write; but the story just didn't jive very well.

There were also quite a few allusions to various individuals and objects, however, because of the book's intended age group I'm fairly certain that many teenagers will not understand the references and will be left scratching their heads in confusion.

But, it's a great book. Honestly, if you want to scoot toward vegetarianism, just research mad cow disease.

It is soon revealed that Cameron is on the Small World ride that he had visited earlier in the story. This book is too long, I don't like the cover, and yes, it's weird, and has swearing, and not everyone will like it.
